Tim knew what time my train was coming and had the door open ready and waiting for me the second i stepped of the platform. He was also extremely helpful and offered to collect me from the airport as my flight was delayed.

He was understanding and patient and worked around me when my flight was late and i had to change the collection time.

Quality service. 5 star service right from the beginning. Got me to and thro from my destination in record time. Arrived on time both ways. I would highly recommend and I also got the history of the town on my journey which was an extra bonus.

He also provided recommendations for easier travel options from London which was a great help.

We did not use the ship excursion because it only allowed a limited time in St Andrews and was with 40 others. What a great experience and pleasant surprise with Starfish.
We had Tim as our driver, guide and advisor. He was prompt, professional, friendly, funny and entertaining. We had no idea about where exactly to go in St Andrews and he toured the city for us, showing points of interest, suggestions, and providing an overview of the city and its history. This was immensely helpful and set us up for success. During the trip back and forth he also showed us many cool and historic sights and provided a running commentary on Scotland life and his experiences.
