The 147th Open concluded with Francesco Molinari becoming the first Italian player to win a men’s major. Molinari went bogey-free over the weekend to win the Claret Jug at Carnoustie over Justin Rose, Rory McIlroy & Xander Schauffele.

2019 – Royal Portrush open Champion ship       (14 – 21 July)
2020 – Royal St George`s open Champion ship (12 – 19 July)
